My first month of diet plan is completed successfully. And i lost 5.5Kg. All credit goes to you seriously. I’m very happy that it worked. Although i made some cheatings especially in morning workouts 🌚 bit hard for me to get up early & do workout. But still i managed to lose 5.5 kg in a month. InshaAllah long way to go. Q kh paper aur online classes hoo rhi thee But wysy ramzan sy diet plan follow kr rhi hoon Phly myra weight 70 kgs tha… Aur ab alhamdulillah 62.8 hy Ramzan maay 70 sy 65 ho gaya tha Aur phir jb maay ny is month diet plan follow kia to 62.8 ho gaya alhamdulillah…
